By purchasing a service, session, or product, you agree to pay all applicable fees in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Mister One Putt.
Please read carefully before booking or purchasing any service.
1. Coaching Sessions and Appointments
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
Cancellations made with proper notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend, are considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Refunds
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
Unused sessions may be refunded only at our discretion and only if requested in writing.
2. Packages, Programs, and Bundles
All packages and multi-session programs are non-refundable once the first session or access has been provided.
Packages may have expiration dates, which will be disclosed at purchase. Unused sessions after expiration are forfeited.
3. Digital Products and Online Content
All digital products, video content, and downloadable materials are non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery.
Access is granted immediately upon purchase.
4. Events, Clinics, and Group Sessions
Event registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If an event is canceled by Mister One Putt, you will receive a full refund or credit.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside the terms above may be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
